Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer?
Great question! Here’s why our plan makes sense: Hiring a full-time senior-level designer can cost over $100,000 annually, plus benefits—and finding one available is a challenge. Moreover, you might not always have enough work to keep them occupied, which means you’re paying for downtime.
With our monthly plan, you have the flexibility to pause and resume your subscription whenever you need, ensuring you only pay for design work when you actually have projects ready.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
Once you subscribe, you can add unlimited design requests to your queue, and we’ll deliver them one by one.
How fast will I receive my designs?
On average, most requests are completed in just two days or less. However, more complex requests may take longer.
Who are the designers?
You might be surprised to hear this, but DesignStrive is actually a one-person agency. This means you’ll work directly with us, the founders of DesignStrive. However, specialized requests like animations or custom illustrations are handled by our partner designers.
How does the pause feature work?
We understand that you may not always have enough design work to fill an entire month. If you only have one or two design requests at the moment, pausing your subscription can be very convenient.
Our billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. For example, if you sign up and use the service for 21 days, then decide to pause your subscription, the billing cycle will be paused, and you’ll have 10 days of service remaining that you can use anytime in the future.
What programs do you design in?
Most requests are designed using Figma and Adobe Suite.
What if I don't like the design?
No problem! We’ll keep revising the design until you’re completely satisfied, guaranteed.
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
Because of the high-quality nature of our work, we do not issue refunds.
